I lead Deal Leaders International, a boutique M&A advisory firm I founded with one goal in mind: to fix the broken way businesses are sold. We do it differently—authentically, strategically, and with a level of care most advisors talk about but rarely deliver.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, dealmaking, and human behaviour. I’ve advised hundreds of business owners, sat across the table from the big corporates, and negotiated with just about every kind of buyer out there—from multinationals and private equity firms to hungry entrepreneurs looking for their next play. Through it all, I’ve learnt that M&A isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people, timing, and telling the right story in the right way.
